There is no way to cancel your account from the admin. I have reached out to support and they confirmed it was cancelled - however account is still active and I was charged again. I signed up with Product Road and accidentally mistyped my email address. In my user settings I am unable to change it, and there seems to be no way to request the change.

It is impossible to implement bi-directional sync of post status without including last update time for each post in the API response.

We would like to see the ability to go multilingual or change most of the UI to another language. Some Boards or Statuses can be renamed but the main buttons are still english only.

Users share good ideas, but the formatting and outline of the idea is not in line with expectations. As an admin, I'd like to be able to clean up their post (as opposed to deleting it and creating a new one).

We would like to see the feature that users can also login with their Microsoft account next to github/gmail and productroad. It would also be helpful if it is customizable which account type is allowed. For example we would like to disable the Github and product road option as our customers only work with Microsoft accounts ...

Some SEO optimizations would be nice. Currently a sitemap and the most important H1 HTML Tag is missing. Maybe you can make that editable for the customers so that the page can get better crawled and therefore found by search engines

Not every user wants to create an account just to give a feedback or to vote on a feature. We should have the possibility to activate anonymous feedbacks so we can get more feedbacks.

We need to make information about users available to admins. What kind of information is needed? Registration time, number of posts, comments, votes, company, MRR, what else?

Do you need the ability to pin a post on top of the board?

Perhaps we should make it possible not to show in the roadmap posts closed more than a certain time ago. We can also add an option to hide posts that have no activity for a long time.

We can make an additional param in SSO payload that contains URL to redirect user after success SSO login. This way user can be redirected for specified feedback board, roadmap or change log.
