Deleting your account

There is no way within the UI to delete your boards, or your account from within Productroad. It seems the only way to do this at this stage, would be to email support@productroad.com, is this correct? Would be much easier if users had access to do this themselves.

Hi @Kristy de Vries, you can delete or configure boards on boards settings page. Delete an account is only possible by request, in the future it should be possible to close the account from the settings.

@Alex thanks for your message, I should have been more specific, apologies. When I meant boards - I meant to say Company.. i.e. my-site-board.productroad.com. I created two but can't seem to delete these.

Regardless, I also want to delete my account entirely. If this is only possible via request - is this via your email, support@productroad.com? If so, I don't know if this email is monitored or if it's a case if too many emails.. as I have sent 4 emails since June 30 to support@productroad.com since June 30 with no response.

But good to know that in future closing account and companies will be possible from within the settings.

@Alex, so what do I do? Will you delete my account? I have emailed from Gmail and my other emails are going through fine.
