Bring your feedback board into your website and keep important posts easy to find.

Embed boards on your website

Add a public Productroad board to your website, app, or help center with an iframe. The widget keeps your logo, colors, and post statuses.

Visitors can browse feedback in place. Connect signed-in users through JWT to let them vote directly in the widget, or enable guest voting in board settings. New posts and comments open on the full board.

Go to Settings > Boards, click the Embed icon, and copy the code. Embedding is available for public boards without audience segmentation, in workspaces that are not in closed mode.

Pin important posts

Team members can pin multiple posts using the pin icon next to the other post actions. Pinned posts stay at the top in every board sort order, including embedded boards. A pin marker and highlight make them easy to spot.

Click the icon again to unpin a post and return it to the regular sort order.

Let guests contribute

Allow visitors to create posts and vote on public boards without registering. Guest feedback is optional and can be enabled separately for each board.

SSO improvement

Fixed an issue that could prevent users with longer names from signing in through SSO.

The component responsible for rendering Markdown text has been updated, enabling support for more syntax. For example, the following code:
