External authentication

If user lands on a page and is not authenticated, automatically redirect to a specified URL.
Problem:
Currently, if we link a user to an idea page, they are unauthenticated and aren't presented with a path to authenticate via our SSO.
Solution: If an authenticated user lands on any product road page, automatically redirect to a specified URL for authentication and redirection back to the Productroad board.
